Frankly, I believe this is one of the best values in the network attached storage market today. In a nutshell, this unit allows you to add terabytes of storage to your network for file storage, file sharing and backup.

This is ideal for home networks or small offices with 10 computers or less. You add 4 SATA drives (I recommend 1TB Seagate or Western Digital drivs), choose the RAID level you want (I prefer RAID 5 or 10) and then you're off & running.

If you have a mixed PC & Mac network like I do at home, then this unit is perfect to backup your client computers since it comes with both Mac and Windows backup clients.

A few other sweet features:
