Shipping Policies

All in stock products ordred before 2:00 p.m. EST will be shipped on the same day of your order. In stock orders placed after 2:00 p.m. will be shipped on the next business day following your order.

If a product is not in stock, we will contact you via telephone or email to notify you and allow you to cancel your order. We will try our best to provide you with an estimated arrival date should you decide to allow us to back order the product for you.

We will quote real-time shipping fees during your checkout process. While these fees are estimate 99% of the time, occassionally FedEx and UPS quoting systems burp and throw a bad shipping price to us. In these rare instances, if your shipping costs will be more than what our website quoted, we will contact you before we process your order so that you may cancel the order if you wish. On the other hand, if the shipping fee quoted is higher than it should be, then we will charge the lower fee and process your order normally.

Free Shipping

Generally, products over $1100 and less than 50 lbs receive free shipping and these products contain a "Free Shipping" designation on the product page on our website.

Freight Shipping

Some products are ridiculously large and heavy, so FedEx and UPS say, "No way, we're not lifting that thing." In these instances, we must arrange for a freight carrier to deliver the product. We will show a notice on the product's web page if freight shipping is required so that you can contact us to get a freight shipping quote.

Since we have several warehouses throughout the country that we can ship from and several freight carriers to choose from, we can usually arrange a very reasonable freight rate. For example, the cost to ship an Intel Modular Server, which weighs 135 lbs, from Harrisburg, PA to Detroit, MI costs about $85.00.
